JOHN ROY
PASTOR
John joined the Pelham Road family in 2000. He and JoAnn have two adult sons. John has written for newspapers, magazines, and websites. He also takes great pleasure in photography, painting, and walking aimlessly in the woods.
SAM COATES
ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Sam Coates, III is Associate Pastor/Minister of Music. He began his ministry at Pelham Road in April of 1997. Sam is married to Lucy, they have three sons and two grandchildren. Sam loves to cook and paint with oils. He takes our Senior Adults on monthly outings.
DENISE PLUMBLEE
ADMINISTRATOR
Denise joined the Pelham Road family in 2023. She and her husband, Phil, have two sons and daughters-in-love and six grandchildren. Denise loves all things Disney, sports and spending time spoiling her grands.
LILY WOOD
PASTORAL RESIDENT, INTERIM YOUTH DIRECTOR
Lily joined Pelham Road in 2013. She grew up in the Greenville area and worked in finance and education before transitioning to full-time ministry in 2023. Lily is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Central Seminary. She and her husband, Jake, homeschool their two children.
RACHEL CERNOGORSKY
DIRECTOR, CDC
Rachel loves working with children! She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Elementary Education and extensive post grad training. She has been working with children professionally for over 20 yrs. She enjoys spending quality time with her children.
SUSY TOBON
OFFICE MANAGER, CDC
Susy is from Colombia, South America. She has been with the Pelham Road family since 2011. She has been in childcare since 2008. Susy has a degree in Early Childhood education and is the baby whisperer in the church nursery. On her free time she enjoys spending time with her family.
